Yoga in the West

Yoga is a great way to exercise, energise, invigorate, relax and calm both the body and mind.  The stress and strain of modern life can lead to mental suffering; feelings of inadequacy, isolation or powerlessness  and to physical pain and illness as we neglect our bodies in the race for material success. Yoga helps to integrate the mental and the physical plane, bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance or alignment.

Yoga has been hugely beneficial in helping people ovecome depression and addictions as well as physical problems.

It is wonderful for anyone who wishes to lead a more healthy life.
